"1. Our mat for the bottom of the tub was full of mildew. I left it upside down, so the maid could see it and either clean it, or replace it. Neither option was selected; the mat was just placed on the side of the tub again.
2. The toilet clogged twice on us.
3. The pool-side sign was confusing that stated guests must pay $3. We were guests and thought we had to pay. Fortunately, we attempted to pay a person at the desk who recognized us at guests of the hotel. The sign should have read, "guests of guests.""
